Web Marketing Associate: This role will work directly with the Web Manager in website content management, landing page design and email execution. This role will consist of setting up new SKUs as needed, implementing landing pages for paid media and assisting the the day to day management of Magento. The ideal candidate is looking to be part of an exciting, fast-paced, innovative company and passionate about E-Commerce. This person must be flexible and adaptable, have the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly, set high standards for themselves and have a strong attention to detail.

General Functions + Responsibilities:

• Assist in Magento content management including creating new products, updating page content and creating discount codes
  
• Design, create and launch landing pages for sweepstakes and lead generation initiatives
  
• Run A/B tests to inform email and landing page optimization
  
• Create and curate web banners and images for web promotions
  
• Assist in Magento content management including creating new products, updating page content and creating discount codes
  
• Work with Digital Marketing Director to execute landing pages for digital marketing campaigns
  
• Provide support to members across the business who use Magento
  
• Use Adobe tools for basic image editing as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Web Design/Development or related field
  
• 1 - 4 years’ experience in content management, digital marketing, and/or front-end development
  
• Strong HTML/CSS coding skills with knowledge of Javascript required
  
• Must be self-motivated and able to work solo or a part of a team
  
• Ability to interact/collaborate across various teams throughout the business
  
• Understanding of optimizing and publishing images and media for the web
  
• Experience working with Content Management System to create and publish webpages
  
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
  
• Google Tag Manager Experience preferred
  
• Understanding of web usability and interaction principles a plus
  
• Magento experience a plus
  
• Salesforce experience a plus
  
• Genuine interest and appetite for digital marketing
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent personal organizational skills and high attention to detail
