I'm the Co-Owner of Roscoe Village Bikes and a board member at Local First Chicago. I'm interested in technologies that enable small businesses to grow and thrive. I operated Little Independent for three years which was a Chicago-based aggregate marketplace for independent retailers. I decided to close the business in 2014. I'm a native of Evanston and a graduate of the University of Oregon. Prior to opening the bike shop in 2007, I was the Manager of Children's Programs at the Greater Chicago Food Depository. I like biking, yoga and spending time with family, friends and my rescue dog, Buddy. I'm currently studying accounting and finance at the University of Chicago Graham School.

I'm up for

I'll be a sounding board for your startup idea especially if it's a service meant for small businesses or brick and mortar retailers. I'm also interested in part-time opportunities in project planning or implementation, budgeting or bookkeeping.
