CEO & Founder
PeopleFoundry

Introduction

I'm all about people. I established PeopleFoundry nearly in 2013 to remedy what I saw as pervasive misalignment between companies’ talent needs and the ability of existing recruiting firms to meet those needs. Our team takes fresh approach when we build a model and process PeopleFoundry is uniquely suited to help companies navigate high growth periods, which has made me and my team a particularly valuable ally for start-ups in the tech and digital space. I partner with founders and CEOs to truly understand their needs and help expand the human capital of their businesses.
