As our Lead Mobile Developer you will:

• Develop the MVP app (initial release will be on iOS)
• Be the front-line for production support for the iOS application
• Help define the technical discipline including: process, documentation, and tools

As a small company, we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, pro-active, and also a team player. You will also be helping to define the way the development team works, how the process is defined, and helping to release the MVP app. If you are not comfortable managing your time, solving problems with limited direction, or communicating with a cross-functional team, this is not the role for you.

As a Lead Mobile Developer you will most likely have:

• Extensive experience developing in React Native, or experience with Swift / Objective C and the XCode tool set. We are currently using React native with the Expo client libraries
• Extensive experience developing for iOS (user guidelines, experience design standards, and submission process) 
• Experience with Firebase, Cloud Firestore, and Elasticsearch
• Experience with front-end design tools such as Zeplin or Invision
• Extensive experience building efficient and maintainable software systems
• High-growth technology company experience
• Detail-oriented with great organizational skills, comfortable with ambiguity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be personable yet persistent
• Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance - be an owner
• Comfortable working remotely 
• Passion for technology and communications, well-versed on the latest trends
• Authentic connection to the Renew mission
