Job Description

Job Purpose: 
The Training and Development associate is responsible for creating, developing, implementing and conducting training and development programs for employees. 

Duties/Responsibilities:
Supports the design and implementation of training and development needs assessment.
Creates and organizes various forms of onboarding, orientation and skills training for employees aligned with the culture, talent and performance strategy maintaining knowledge of the latest trends of learning and development. 
Facilitates training and development activities maintaining records of execution, reach and satisfaction.
Partners with instructional designers/content creators to obtain and /or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies, logistics for employee development and training events.
Evaluates program effectiveness through assessment, surveys and feedback.
Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.


 

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

Additional Information

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Experience designing and designing and implementing training programs
Experience in employee development programs is a plus.
