Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for working collaboratively with internal (such as Client Services, Product, Analytics, Data & Reporting) and external stakeholders (such as Program leads, IT, Operations, and PMO office) to manage and deliver new capabilities for Precima clients. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for providing support from a Central Marketing perspective. This includes but, is not limited to, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to clearly define and support Precima solution implementations, onboarding of internal team members, capturing market intelligence, and creation of materials that help articulate Precima’s current, refined and future solution plans. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As project lead, this role is responsible for managing day to day requirements as it relates to solution deployment for Precima’s clients, in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders, including:
  • Project planning, management & solution implementation, while having a clear understanding of what is configurable vs Precima standard 
  • Educate stakeholders in the process required to launch a solution, including identifying appropriate timing for capability launch, weighing all contributing factors
  • First point of contact for project status and responsible for the communication of any delays or change in requirements 
  • Provide timely information and make timely decisions
  • Work closely with the Client Consulting leads to ensure client engagement and sign-off on plans
  • Help the Client Consulting lead proactively manage the client’s expectations
  • Establish rapport and relationship with clients
  • Maintain & Grow Knowledge of Precima Marketing Solution & Products, in partnership with the Associate Director, Product Management:
  • Contribute to the creation of materials that communicate Precima’s current and future solution/product plans 
  • Identify and manage any gaps in documentation or understanding of the solution, and act as internal and external consultant for any questions/concerns 
  • Contribute to the product development roadmap, based on feedback from clients, Client Service teams, and the marketplace
  • Regularly scan the marketplace and take lessons learned from consultations or during solution deployments to help inform what changes are needed to improve Precima’s products and solutions over time
  • Onboarding of new team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Specialization in Marketing is preferred)
  • 5-7+ years' work experience in Marketing (Personalization experience preferred) 
  • Expert knowledge and proven experience in the digital marketing space including web, email, mobile and social media
  • Sound understanding and experience across a variety of marketing disciplines, integrated marketing approaches and best practices such as multichannel marketing, lifecycle marketing, retailer-manufacturer collaboration
  • Excellent project management skills, including ability to translate business objectives into requirements and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, toward a common deliverable on frequently accelerated timeframes
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team, in a fast-paced environment where new things pop up frequently
  • Highly organized and excellent attention to detail is a must
