Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team! Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this person will play a significant role in shaping programs and strategies that drive business growth through new and existing partner channels. Our partnerships play a vital role to the business as we continue to scale, and candidates must show how they plan to take immediate ownership of our partner marketing strategy to drive strategic demand generation and market awareness.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about building strong relationships, defining and driving joint marketing plans, and developing co-marketing content and campaigns in collaboration with alliance leaders. 

What You'll Do:

  • Drive to company objectives in new customer acquisition, product adoption and customer success by leveraging the reach, influence, and expertise of our partner community
  • Build partnership marketing strategies and plans; execute through cross-functional collaboration with our internal teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success)
  • Enable partners and internal teams with the knowledge, messaging and materials in order to go to market effectively
  • Identify and oversee co-marketing opportunities with partners, planning activities such as webinars, live events, social and digital marketing
  • Track key metrics and analyze impact of partner marketing efforts, sharing recommendations for continued optimization

What We Need in You:

  • 3-5 years related experience and familiarity with partner/alliance program management, partner marketing, product marketing and/or project management
  • Ability to execute existing partner marketing strategies through cross-functional collaboration and guide future partner strategy 
  • Relevant experience supporting partners in creating, organizing and executing go-to-market plans
  • Demonstrated experience using data to inform decision-making
  • Initiative, drive and sense of ownership over projects, with the ability to prioritize and see projects through to completion with minimal direction
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Highly organized and adaptable, including the ability to navigate competing priorities, ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
