We are looking for a highly versatile and innovative Data Analyst. In this role, you will be leading the technology platform that powers our payments. This role requires you to be hands on, creative, and will give an exposure to Onbe's breadth of global payment solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Leads/participates in the design, implementation, and management of new analytics & reporting solutions.
• Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Builds reports and visualizations to optimally communicate data driven insights to users for a variety of audiences (e.g. visualization solutions of data into reports, graphics, and/or dashboards to illustrate facts, trends, and insights).
• Trains non-technical end users on how to handle reporting tools and self-serve analytics; may include delivery of training to audiences.
• Partners with Data Platform team to shape data infrastructure, including business intelligence, reporting and analytics platforms.
• Trouble shoots reporting issues.
• Conducts data cleansing and data patching.
• Conducts T-SQL procedure tuning, optimization, and review.
• Follows standard methodologies in data querying and manipulation to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a technology related field) or the equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Data Modeling.
• Crucial Technology Skills - Excel, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Data analysis and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Prior exposure to working within a data analytics environment and a solid understanding of data processes.
• Experience working in an agile methodology environment.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Python and Java experience is a plus.

This position can be fully remote in a EST or CST location.
