The Department: Gemini Investment Solutions

Gemini Investment Solutions is one of the fastest growing teams at Gemini. We serve as a platform for the institutional investing side of the business and are addressing a multi-trillion dollar market opportunity. Our core team recently joined via strategic acquisition and are positioned to play a critical role in Gemini’s mission with best-in-class technology solutions and investment products.

The Role: Product Manager, BITRIA

In this role, you will be helping to shape Gemini's BITRIA product. By having an understanding of the needs of wealth managers and asset managers, you will be designing tools that enable them to more efficiently onboard accounts, manage portfolios, and much more. You will need to interface with customers, engineering, and other stakeholders in order to deliver the best user experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Design features and write requirements documentation for features of the Gemini BITRIA platform
• Work with customer success and RIA clients to synthesize feedback and incorporate it into the roadmap
• Work closely with engineering to design the ideal product for our clients.
• Work cross-functionally to remove roadblocks for product development

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years work experience in product management
• Understanding of finance and financial concepts
• Modeling in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong writing, quantitative analysis, and documentation skills
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience using software development tools and practices (version control, issue tracking tools, programming and scripting languages)

• Work Experience in the wealth management space
• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies and/or blockchain technology
• Software experience (developer or tester)
• Customer-facing experience (support or sales)
