Equilibria is building out a best-in-class Influencer team in 2021 to continue the exciting momentum of bringing balance to women across the nation. We are seeking an experienced, positive, relationship-oriented Talent relations manager to help us reach millions and convert thousands of women each and every month through our amazing influencers.

Corporate Headquarters: River North, Chicago; Bioscience and Farm Operations: Longmont, CO. Role is remote with opportunities for meet ups with team members when safe to do so.

Role Specifics

  • Talent relations managers are responsible for managing their individual book of influencer business and for the success and growth of their book of business (40-60 influencer accounts) and the direct impact on EQ revenue goals.
  • Prospect new influencers, develop written outreach strategies (email & social media) to convert new influencer leads into partners. These efforts will also be supported by a marketing assistant.
  • Responsible for overseeing the full life of the relationship with the influencer. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, securing the lead, negotiating rates, writing and accepting contracts, new partner onboarding, content coaching, optimizing each account for performance, and developing creative and new content as needed.
  • Consistent adoption and completion of team tools and processes, including updating GRIN CRM, contract and analytics tracking, personal book of business insights, communication cadence, and internal Master Partnership Post-date and performance Tracker.
  • Performance monitoring will be owned by the book of business owner with monthly influencer performance, CAC, revenue, and churn review with BD leadership to inform ongoing strategy for each influencer.
  • Provide feedback to all influencer partners and collaborate with your influencer partners about how to resonate with their community in more productive ways and optimize growth for future months.
  • Compensation will include a base salary plus a substantial monthly variable bonus dependent on both team and individual goals.

Qualifications

  • Must have 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in a digitally native, e-commerce marketing environment; 2+ of those years should be in influencer marketing.
  • Must have a history of personally being held accountable for revenue, new customer, or conversion goals on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Experience where strong execution was necessary to drive business results in a fast-paced and demanding setting. Early growth stage company experience is a plus
  • Proven knowledge of social platforms and how unique communities, influencers, and audiences are using them.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present via zoom, cross-functionally to the team, or with multiple stakeholders in the room.
  • Clear representation of being highly resourceful and exhibiting strong internal motivation.
  • Exhibits a growth mindset and strong drive to hone and develop new skills.
