We are seeking an experienced, positive, relationship-oriented Sr. Manager of Sales Operations to help us reach millions and convert thousands of women each and every month.

Corporate Headquarters: River North, Chicago; Bioscience and Farm Operations: Longmont, CO. Role is remote with opportunities for meet ups with team members when safe to do so.

About the Role

Equilbria is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Manager. This role works directly with the Vice President of Business Development on projects that keep our sales team and new revenue channels functioning at the highest level. We are looking for a data-passionate individual who is excited to grow, innovate, and be a visionary for the business.

Essential Responsibilities
Oversee our sales operations associate, while also leading the development and implementation of new programs, processes, and products
Collaborate with VP of Business Development to assess sales team performance, identify opportunities, and structure hiring plans
Quarterback concurrent projects, maintaining strong communication and documentation with cross-functional teams
Develop audits and analyses on the effectiveness of CRM, accounting, sales, and cross-functional processes and policies
Participate in the creation of targets and administration of compensation plans
Be the sales operations point person for business development teams, keeping team members on track and on-budget
Assist in the creation of reporting to measure performance along with several different financial, strategic, and competitive dimensions
Discover opportunities for automation to streamline the success of the business development team
Develop go-to-market lead strategies and ideas to facilitate growth
About the Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
Experience working with fast-paced high volume sales environments, wholesale and e-commerce experience preferred
5+ years experience where strong execution was necessary to drive business results in a fast-paced and demanding setting. Early growth stage company experience is a plus
Analytical, with advanced Microsoft Office and Google Drive skills. Experience with CRMs, a strong plus
Proven examples of highly resourceful moments of problem-solving and execution
Advanced written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present to large groups and non-technical stakeholders
