THE POSITION:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to track online marketing trends, collect and analyze data, develop campaign optimization strategies, recommend optimizations and report on campaign performances. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing Analyst must also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and have Hubspot experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You will create and execute demand and lead generation programs including Account-Based Marketing, owning and executing our digital ads strategy, assisting with email campaigns, and more. This key role will partner heavily with our sales team to drive our pipeline and increase our conversions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• BS in Marketing (or at least 2 years experience in marketing analytics)
• Interest and passion for investing, economics and/or personal finance
• Understands our core users, investment advisors and asset managers, their pain points and how to effectively communicate with them
• Demonstrated success using Hubspot, Google Ads/Twitter/LinkedIn/Facebook ads
• Exceptionally focused on the details. You triple-check everything, then check it again
• Data-driven and conversion-oriented. You create reports to understand what activities drive conversions at each stage in the funnel, and continually refine processes to improve
• Works independently to drive initiatives while being confident enough to ask for help when necessary – if you need an answer you find it
• Focuses on scale and automates commonly requested needs
• Is a quick learner who isn’t afraid to proactively get their hands dirty cleaning up data and enabling their colleagues’ success
