This is a Contract Position
Overview of Role:
We're looking for a contract QA Lead, Automation Strategist with a passion for collaboration, problem-solving, and software automation to guide our growing team. As a Kazoo Automation Strategist, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and implementing our automated test strategy with an emphasis on CI/CD.
What you'll do:

• Evaluate, analyze, and transform our current test automation process into a fully integrated CI/CD delivery model
• Work with all relevant Tech team departments to recommend and justify needed adjustments to our process, then effect those changes within a 6-month timeline
• Sets standards and goals for the automation strategy
• Be vocal about recommended changes and suggested automation paths

Requirements

• A proven track record of successful test automation and CI/CD process implementation
• Advocate for modern software engineering practices such as continuous integration, automated testing, and continuous deployments
• Experience coaching and mentoring other team members on automation best practices
• Ability to lead technical projects and communicate technical problems concisely
• Experience with agile software development processes such as scrum
• Quality Assurance experience background desired
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in WebdriverIO is a plus
