As a Social Media Intern, you will gain exposure to the dynamic worlds of trading and technology in order to learn what it takes to effectively communicate our brand through various social media channels. We are looking for a passionate and innovative intern to join our Brand & Communication team. The Social Media Intern will help identify, conceptualize, and execute campaigns to help boost our social engagement. The ideal candidate is outgoing, has good written and verbal communication skills, and possess a high-level of creativity.

How you will make an impact…

• Create, schedule, and publish content on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Support marketing team with content ideas and creative ways to engage our audience.
• Monitor and engage with audience by responding to relevant comments and DMs across all platforms.
• Attend recruiting & social events to capture imagery and content for purposes of posting on digital properties (website & social).
• Track & analyze social media engagement.
• Provide Internal Communications support as needed.

What you bring to the team…

• Are pursuing a bachelor’s in business, communications, or a marketing-related field and have an expected graduation date between December 2023 and June 2024.
• TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook enthusiast! You have in-depth knowledge of these platforms and stay on top of social trends and strategies.
• An eye for design, and interest in gaining more graphic design skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills as well as personal interest in writing and communicating via social media.
• Experience meeting deadlines and managing projects.
• Attention to detail.
• Passion for learning and growing.
• Bonus: Canva & Falcon.io experience.
