As the Paid Acquisition Manager, Enterprise you will join the Acquisition team responsible for driving new client growth, working alongside the Sr. Paid Acquisition Manager. In this role, you’ll lead account growth charged with expanding existing accounts and landing net new accounts. You’ll help formulate roadmaps to optimize, test, and expand Upwork’s Enterprise footprint.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and operationalize a digital demand generation and account based marketing (ABM) strategy to include account targeting, personalization, content mapping, and ABM tools
  • Drive paid media ad campaign execution and trafficking across channels such as LinkedIn and content syndication
  • Collaborate with partners such as Enterprise Demand Generation, Sales, Marketing Operations, and Product to get alignment and support
  • Develop reporting, analysis & optimizations based on KPIs (ex: leads and MQLs)
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth

What it takes to catch our eye:

  • Hands-on digital campaign management in a fast-paced environment, with strong proficiency in Enterprise ABM initiatives across paid social channels (at a minimum LinkedIn)
  • Excellent quantitative data analysis skills to track performance metrics and make concrete recommendations
  • A growth mindset of always testing, learning and scaling with an eagerness of getting things done
  • Experience with budget planning, forecasting and market sizing
  • Knowledge of ABM and marketing automation tools including, SFDC and Marketo
  • Strong background in B2B
