Job Description
Responsible for leading business development initiatives, , and team portfolio oversight. Identifies and establishes relationships with enablement partners.. Develops and executes key objectives associated with the industry, including an emphasis on driving incremental revenue, improving market share, enhancing the customer experience while maximizing profitability against key initiative and goal priorities.
Conducts contractual negotiations, implementations, development, performance, and growth of assigned technology partners within the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develops and leads team in business development, , revenue growth, and product initiatives with in-market partners.
- Provides timely coaching, feedback, and direction to employees to help them develop their capabilities and enable them to perform to their potential.
- Develops and maintains knowledge of technology partners, industry trends, competitive environments, and business dynamics.
- Influences internal product development. Establishes relationships with market innovators and advises the company's product department.
- Generates ideas based on partner research and knowledge of DGN assets and abilities
- Support exploration of new partnership opportunities to drive new revenue growth such as new Issuing or enhanced product capabilities and collaborations.
- Partners with Sr. Executive Relationship Managers across team to facilitate the development of new opportunities, ideas and managing projects through to fruition.
- Work cross functionally to champion the needs of the client for the benefit of DGN.
- Drive internal processes including development of communications, account management, approval requests and contract negotiations, compliance, and risk management.
- Participates in industry events, organizations, and association-related events/conferences.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in payments technology, payments, credit cards, financial services, or related field
- In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in payments technology, payments, credit card, financial services, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:
- Master's Degree in Business, or related field
- Experience with Mobile Payment Wallet, Business Development and Partnership Strategy
