About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding Project Specialist professional to join our team to work for a Global Program related to critical initiatives for Ubercado's CommOps Support. This role will support the development of Global CommOps Support objectives and key results, define operational considerations and engagement model and identify and report on key metrics.
From design to operational launch and from strategy to development, you need to love getting into the weeds with problems to figure out how to break down barriers, improve our organizational capabilities and build sustainable solutions. You will also be encouraged to think creatively, suggest improvements, and help build efficient processes.
This individual will work closely with global, regional, and other teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, processes, key results, considerations, and metrics. And ensure that the project's scope and direction are on schedule and meeting the objective it was designed for.
What You'll Do

  • Manage and support initiatives across personas, for multiple teams. You will be acting as the key enabler between Global and Regional CommOps Support as well as other Support areas, helping drive decision and consensus
  • Implement within scope and time
  • Drive project sponsor toward benefit realization from the onset
  • Enable prioritization of results
  • Ensure that all project documentation is completed
  • Estimate work efforts, define breakthroughs, and handle resources accordingly while driving adherence and compliance to deadlines on deliverables as assigned to projects
  • Responsible for communicating directly and collaborating with your team members and partners. Communicating organized thoughts and producing concise, and accurate materials such as Gantt charts, reports, summaries, data tables, charts, emails, etc.

  • Accountable for ensuring that all deliverables are completed timely either by yourself and/or by the teams you are collaborating with
  • Create short-term plans and timelines for implementing tasks and to proactively inquire about individual deadlines and shift priorities as needed
  • Develop, implement, and govern new processes for specific functions, and provide visibility to the breakthroughs and performance across all functions.
  • Understand fundamental, well-scoped problems and ask clarifying questions to generate measurable insights and propose simple frameworks and methodologies that consider the business context.
  • Ensure that identified security issues are prioritized and addressed in an appropriate time frame.
  • Proactively work to remove or call out risks or issues and enable forward momentum and progress
  • Identify problems and opportunities using root cause analysis

  • Work with Regional CommOps and other support teams as a thought partner to ensure that we are able to achieve desired goals and work towards timely execution.
  • Source and use feedback gathered from the partners whether internal or external and make sure vital adjustments are made.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in supporting teams on large programs and/or business analyst activities
  • Has worked to coordinate across multiple teams to develop strategies and champion a cohesive and creative work environment
  • Google Sheets / Excel
  • Google Slides / Powerpoint
  • Google Docs / Word
  • Able to identify the root cause of a problem through an investigation analysis and suggest initiatives to resolve the identified issue.
  • Able to communicate insightful and significant recommendations to the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Data Studio / Tableau
  • Python programming skills
