Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues across Talent Acquisition to develop and execute job board advertising strategies to meet and exceed recruiting goals
  • Manage the fiscal year budget strategy and reporting across job boards, allocating budget where appropriate to achieve campaign goals
  • Designs and implements national candidate engagement and brand awareness projects in partnership with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Analyze key performance indicators, leverage industry insights, trends and best practices to continually make strategic recommendations on existing and future campaigns across current and potential vendors
  • Lead discovery conversations and make recommendations on vendors, tools or products partnerships to develop pipelining and promotions strategies toward Talent Strategy and Innovation goals
  • Operate as a subject matter expert to develop and implement talent management initiatives and ensure solutions are integrated into our end-to-end talent management strategy.
  • Own vendor relationships and partnerships with internal teams, including Ascension marketing, HR Operations and Talent Acquisition leadership
  • Mentor, coach, and train talent acquisition teams on sourcing best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Talent Promotions team to provide holistic performance reporting across all channels
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Promotions Specialists, providing direction on the development and optimization of job board campaigns and analysis of performance across job boards
  • Assist as assigned with other Talent Promotions strategies and branding initiatives, including brand creative, messaging, web content, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media, email campaigns, reputation management, employee referral initiatives and other organizational priorities


Requirements
Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.


Work Experience:

  • 1 year of experience required.
  • 4 years of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.


Additional Preferences

  • 2+ years developing and managing large scale job board campaigns across multiple geographic areas and job board vendors preferred
  • Leadership experience training and developing others in digital marketing preferred
  • Keen attention to detail for campaign development and ongoing optimization, strong analytical skills, and collaboration skills to work across functions for overall success preferred
  • Experience creating, optimizing and reporting on job board campaigns, standard and programmatic, preferred
  • Experience with Google Analytics, job feeds, and source analytics preferred
  • Management of over a $1 million annual budget preferred
  • Experience with vendor management and marketing business relationships preferred
