What will your day look like?
The Alliant Creative Services Team is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Designer who is deeply passionate about the craft of design in support of our marketing campaigns. In this role, you will lead design activities and produce design artifacts like landing pages, emails, logos, and social media graphics to support our marketing efforts. You are a talented and driven designer who partners with members of cross functional marketing and technical teams to make beautiful and compelling work that solves member/prospect problems and accelerates business opportunities. Responsibilities

- Design a wide variety of digital content, landing pages, email, case studies, logos, social media, demand campaigns, and digital sales collateral.
- Own the management and governance of all Allint brand marks.
- Create delightful, engaging experiences that reinforce the Alliant brand.
- Gather, synthesize, and define the vision for visual aspects of the brand.
- Collaborate on competitive assessments and gather all necessary inputs to inform a strategy or vision.
- Defend design solutions to cross-functional teams, be open to feedback and know how and when to defend design choices.
- Incorporate and evolve Alliant design systems, brand standards, and experiences while educating both stakeholders and engineers.
- Connect and communicate with other cross functional and Agile teams within Alliant.
Adheres to and ensures compliance of all business transactions with the policy and process of the Bank Secrecy Act. Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies. Maintains integrity and ethics in all actions and conversations with or regarding credit union members and their accounts; complies with Privacy Act directives.
Qualifications
What makes you a great fit?
You'll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor's degree in digital/visual design, preferred, and you have:
- 3-5 years of in-house or agency marketing/ design team experience required
- Strong Portfolio of design and creative projects including logo, email and landing pages.
- Proven experience in developing brand concepts
- Collaborative experience with project teams that consider innovation and usability; someone who listens and anticipates the needs, concerns, and input from multiple teams.
- Have an enthusiastic and engaging presentation style and visual communication skills.
- Ability to present design solutions to project teams and other stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills; self-directed, comfortable working independently, and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Expert-level abilities with Adobe Creative Suite, FIGMA, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of UX design methodology and practices, and solid understanding of information architecture, web usability, and best-in-class user-experience design.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
