To keep that momentum going strong, we’re expanding our team of enthusiastic go-getters. We’re on the hunt for a Digital Visual Designer to establish & enhance the look and feel of our brand across all mediums.

You will:

• Edit existing and create new designs for website pages & mobile apps
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce our brand’s style and voice
• Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes or screen mockups
• Design logos, posters, swag, icons and infographics
• Create and organize production assets
• Create and export optimized assets for different devices — tablet, mobile and web
• Source images (stock photos and video footage)
• Work with a component library
• Work on email marketing items, presentation materials and interactive event materials

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a visual designer
• A solid foundation in typography, layout and design
• Experience with both print and digital design
• Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills
• A portfolio of recent design work
• Must be able to travel to Chicago for quarterly team meetings
