In June, Jellyvision had an impressive sweep at the 2015 Moxie Awards, winning the award for Best Software Company, Best Company Culture, and CEO of the Year for the company’s leader, Amanda Lannert.
And when they host days like today, it’s easy to see why.
Jellyvision’s social media was flooded with posts celebrating Mustache Day, a decade-long tradition where Jellyvision employees don mustaches (real or fake) and equally elaborate costumes to celebrate Lannert’s birthday. The annual event is so ingrained in the company’s lauded culture that they even have a mustache-themed conference room with framed pictures of some of Mustache Day’s most committed participants.
