What they look for: “We’re looking for smart, ambitious people who understand that putting the customer first is our top priority,” said CEO and founder Victor Ciardelli. “Previous experience in the mortgage industry is not required because we have a phenomenal training program, called Liftoff, that gives new hires all the tools they need to be successful. The sky really is the limit here at Guaranteed Rate. We offer an amazing work culture, tons of opportunity for growth and a commitment to giving back to the communities that helped make us so successful.”
