5 Chicago companies looking for experienced devs

Developers are always in high demand, but senior devs are needed at many of Chicago’s most exciting companies. These jobs require plenty of skill, of course, but they also require the ability to claim ownership for specific tasks, pitch in on a variety of projects and help junior devs when they hit roadblocks. However, they’re also a chance to shape a company’s tech and provide much-needed assistance at cool startups across the city.

 

 

What they do: Financial services provider Capital One doesn’t just offer credit cards; the company is constantly innovating its consumer-facing digital products to ensure its customers can always stay on top of their finances. The Shop is the company’s downtown office that fosters a sense of community among employees while they build out that tech.
