Digitize Farming with The Climate Corporation and Queer Tech Club, July 17 at 6 p.m.

For July, the monthly-run Queer Tech Club is sponsored by The Climate Corporation, a company providing digital tools to farmers which allow them to increase their productivity. The event will be held at The Climate Corporation’s office, and will center around their Climate FieldView platform, the agriculture industry’s leading farm software used to provide pivotal data to the country’s produce producers. 

 

Chicago Innovation Summit, July 18 at 1 p.m.

This event hosted by Chicago Innovation and the Executives’ Club of Chicago will put many of the city’s top tech innovators in one room. The CEOs of companies like Fieldglass, Wintrust and ExteNet Systems will give speeches to kick off the engagement. Presentations on subjects like creating a company culture of innovation and scaling business will follow, all delivered by notable tech minds like Kristi Ross, tastytrade CEO, and Andrea Zopp, World Business Chicago president and CEO, and many others.

 

Entrepreneurs Steer Fear, July 18 at 5:30 p.m.

Fear can be a crippling thing that inhibits growth, but it can also be a great motivator. Fred Harburg, clinical professor of executive education at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University is leading a discussion on the value fear can have for entrepreneurs and influencers. 

 

Built In Brews at BenchPrep, July 19 at 5:30 p.m.
