An opportunity to make a difference: “For most of my career, I spent my time consulting numerous companies across a variety of industries on their technology and management approaches,” Donahue said. “However, I had never sat on the other side of the desk. When I came to work at Supernova Lending, I found that opportunity and jumped at it.

It allowed me to influence the company more directly than at a multinational conglomerate.
