I've been slowly working myself to death for 15 years.

Like many office workers, I've been intimately acquainted with the curse of being tied to a desk all day. I'm living it out everyday. Over the years, I went from looking like a 6-foot 2-inch quarterback to someone who looks more like a linebacker. When I've met people at conferences, I've managed to dress in a way that doesn't make me look terribly overweight. Yet, I've known the secret. I have been.
