Meet Vince Dugo

Nickname – Vinny

Funniest Life Moment – My funniest life moment would be when I was 18 years old. I went to Lollapalooza and towards the end of the day my friends and I were walking to the main stage to see the headlining band/artist – Kanye West. While walking towards the stage, this older lady out of nowhere came up to me and thought I was her son. She pulled out a picture and kept trying to say yes you are my son and we have to go – we have to go this way ( away from the stage I was heading to). I was genuinely freaked out, and I tried to explain to her politely that I thought she was a little crazy. During this conversation, three security guards were walking towards me. As we were conversing, she constantly had her head on a swivel, but once she saw the security guards she instantly started running. Like the flip of a switch, the security guards took after her. One of the more random moments in my life, but my friends and I had a pretty hard laugh after all of that was over.

If you woke up as an animal what animal would that be and why? – If I woke up as an animal, I hope I would morph into Hawk. I chose a Hawk above all else, because of their keen sense of vision and of course the ability to fly. If I were a hawk, I could travel all over America, I could see everything without having to deal with traffic! Also my improved vision would be a nice perk, in terms of taking all of the sites in.

What would be the slogan or movie title for your life? – Embrace the Chaos

Why be with Kauzu? – There are multiple reason to be with Kauzu. The first reason I would give would be related to the fact that every day we are helping the people of Chicago find jobs locally. A job can mean so many positive things to different people, and the ability to provide the Chicago community with job opportunities is very rewarding. My second reason to be with Kauzu is the culture amongst the staff. We are hardworking; dedicated individuals, that also know how to let loose. Our diversity in the office translates to our ideas for our job seekers, since we are seldom to leave any stone unturned when creating new and innovative ways to help the Chicago community get back to work on a local level.
