River West's Apartment Developments Go Gigabit

Following the lead of many new developments joining the ever-changing Chicago skyline, Kenect Chicago, located at 504 and 505 N. Green Street, and LINKT, located at 830 N. Milwaukee Avenue, will provide residents with access to Gigabit+ Internet, courtesy of the same Internet Service Provider chosen by the Chicago Park District, the Art Institute and even Google.

The additions along Milwaukee Avenue are transit-oriented projects developed by Akara Partners, and promise to provide luxury living options with amenities that include co-working lounges, fitness centers, rooftop decks, swimming pools, outdoor kitchens and parking.

Designed by Pappageorge Haymes Partners, Kenect includes 227 units split between a 14-story tower to the west and a 4-story building to the east along a segment of Green Street at the six-point intersection of Grand-Milwaukee-Halsted. LINKT, designed by bKL Architecture, contains 47 apartments in a five-story building. Both Kenect and LINKT include retail space at the ground level, and contain studios, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, with floor plans and availability accessible online.

"When it comes to speed and reliability, Everywhere Wireless clearly leads the market, which is why we outfitted Kenect with the fastest Internet in Chicago." said Danny Garcia of Greystar, Senior Community Manager for Kenect Chicago.

The River West Internet renaissance began when River West Lofts, located at 925 W. Huron Street, joined Everywhere Wireless' Gigabit Internet network late last year. With dozens of buildings around the neighborhood vying to be the next to provide their residents with the fastest, most reliable Internet, the company expects to activate more than 1,000 additional units by the end of 2017 - just in the River West Neighborhood alone. Everywhere Wireless' network extends from the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago to Evanston, Illinois, all the way westerly to North Riverside and Oak Park, Illinois.

Everywhere Wireless (EW) can offer download and upload speeds of 1,000 megabits per second ("Mbps") and even beyond, making it the fastest Internet in Chicago. The ISP also has an excellent customer support model - Everywhere Wireless is the only Internet service provider in Chicago with a 5-star Yelp rating.

We are excited to extend our network to more of our neighbors here in the River West neighborhood. The quality of our service really shows when so many of the new developments in Chicago are choosing our product over Comcast and AT&T. Internet is no longer simply a luxury, it's a utility, and we deliver on that sentiment.
