Does our "work hard no b.s." business culture in Chicago mean that we don't suffer the same youth vs. old problem that our brothers and sisters in Silicon Valley do? This provocative article in the NYTimes is worth a read.
I wonder if these same issues don't exist at any tech startup in our community, because I think the generation coming out of college in the past 5-10 years brings a different view of success and work ethic...not right/wrong, not good/bad...just different.
