Health Insurance & Wellness Benefits

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

The Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows employees to put aside up to $2,700 annually for medical expenses with pre-tax dollars.

Disability Insurance

All Campus provides employees with 100% company-paid disability coverage. The plan covers 67% of an employee's weekly salary if an employee is unable to work due to illness or disability.

Dental Benefits

All Campus provides affordable PPO and HMO dental plans through Delta Dental. Both plans cover in-network preventative care at 100%.

Vision Benefits

The EyeMed Vision program includes affordable copays and discounts on frames, lenses, contact lenses, and LASIK.

Health Insurance Benefits

All Campus offers three BCBS IL plans (PPO, HMO, HSA). Each plan covers annual in-network preventive care at 100%. All Campus also contributes up to $750 annually into a Health Savings Account (HSA).

Life Insurance

All Campus offers group-term life insurance standard to all employees with a $25,000 payout for the duration of employee at no cost.

Wellness Programs

All Campus provides free flu shots every year to both employees and family members.

Onsite Gym

The All Campus office building features a state-of-the-art fitness center that employees may join at a significant discount.

Retirement & Stock Options Benefits

401(K)

The All Campus 401(k) plan enables employees to set aside money for the future. A variety of investment options are available, and employees may contribute on a pre-tax basis or into a Roth 401k.

401(K) Matching

At this time, All Campus matches up to 3% of salary, with immediate vesting for matched contributions.

Child Care & Parental Leave Benefits

Generous Parental Leave

All Campus offers 2 weeks of paid family leave as part of its FMLA benefits.

Flexible Work Schedule

Under flextime, employees may start and end the workday within 60 minutes of normal office hours.

Remote Work Program

With manager approval, employees are eligible for two telecommuting days per month after 90 days of service. After 1 year of service, additional telecommuting may be available based on team needs.

Family Medical Leave

All Campus offers up to 12 weeks of job-protected leave per year for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The first two weeks of FMLA are paid.

Vacation & Time Off Benefits

Generous PTO

All regular, full-time employees may accrue up to 18 days of PTO per year. Employees may accrue additional PTO, depending on position and length of service.

Paid Volunteer Time

All Campus encourages our employees to become involved in their communities. Our Volunteer PTO policy allows up to 2 additional PTO days each year to participate in volunteer activities.

Paid Holidays

All Campus' generous holiday schedule is superior to many companies - we observe all the major holidays, including MLK Day, and we close the office for a few extra days around Christmas and July 4th.
