Camelot IL's disability insurance benefits is 60% of an employee's annual salary up to a $5,000 maximum monthly payout. Employees also have the option to purchase extra coverage.

Dental Benefits

Camelot's dental plan covers 100% of the costs of preventative care.

Vision Benefits

Camelot's vision insurance plan provides 100% coverage for annual eye exams after a $10 copay. $180 for frames and $150 for contacts every year.
