ClearNDA was developed to address the challenges in NDA negotiation for investment banking and has proven to be applicable in contract negotiations in most industries.  When negotiating legal agreements there are often version control issues and there is no certainty that a document wasn’t changed prior to being signed by a counterparty. This problem is magnified when dealing with multiple NDAs across multiple organizations (as is currently done in investment banking, private equity and real estate).  We want to minimize the potential for risk and reduce the the time people spend on tedious work.
