The ideal candidate is detail oriented, patient yet determined, humble and confident, strategic, reliable, curious, and team-focused. This person thrives on challenges and can navigate ambiguity in a fast-changing environment to create clarity and direction. They have experience in sustainability, food systems, agriculture, soil health, supply chain management, corporate social responsibility or change management. Ideally, the candidate has a background in, or a strong understanding of, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) accounting – especially Scope 3 emissions, the U.S. agricultural system, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Informal Eating Out (IEO) industry.
