Oversee our Track & Trace department, which is based in our Bogota, Colombia office.
Trips to Bogota every 6-8 weeks to work directly with Track & Trace reps.
Develop and manage execution of KPIs for our Track & Trace reps.
Provide weekly/monthly reporting on rep development.
Organize and run weekly calls to address concerns from and with tracking team.
Escalation point for issues that Track & Trace specialists encounter.
Liaison between our Chicago and Bogota reps, pushing for effective communication between both sides.
Monitor tracking boards and volumes, including calling on Carrier Reps to provide support when necessary.
Ensure our Track & Trace Specialists provide excellent customer service to drivers and shippers, with an emphasis on respectful and empathetic communication.
