Next College Student Athlete (NCSA) Benefits Overview

For benefits-eligible employees, healthcare coverage is effective the first day of employment. We offer onsite biometric screenings, flu shots, and eye exams. We also offer an employer-sponsored Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which provides counseling for marital, parental, or financial problems, and/or assistance for specific conditions such as substance abuse, smoking, and gambling. NCSA also offers a Wellness Reimbursement Program. Each teammate can receive up to $65 per month to use for wellness activities/products, including a gym membership, vitamins, protein shakes, massages, etc., and can earn $200 per year in gift cards for participating in health-related activities.

At NCSA, we love to eat! We offer monthly all-team lunches, a daily onsite popup restaurant option for lunch (Fooda), free bagel Fridays, free fruit, and a vending machine alternative called the Honor Bar (a large pantry full of healthy snack options).

NCSA's Flexible Spending Account (FSA) helps employees cover out-of-pocket medical, dependent care, and transit/parking expenses with pre-tax contributions.

Disability Insurance

NCSA's Long Term disability insurance is FREE and covers 60% of an employee's annual salary up to a $6,000 maximum monthly payout. Employees also have the option to purchase Short Term Disability.

NCSA's dental plan covers 100% of the cost of preventative care, including x-rays.
