Paro is seeking a driven sales manager who brings an extensive track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams. Our sales team continues to grow aggressively, and we’re now looking for a rock star to shape our future success by forming and leading our second Account Executive team. Their scope of responsibilities will include hiring, coaching, and managing these individuals. The sales manager will also have an impact on Paro’s holistic sales strategy. The Sales Manager will report directly to Paro’s VP, Sales and regularly collaborate with stakeholders across all departments including sales, product, marketing, and operations.
