Lead, Solve, Sell
The Three Essential Rs
Wednesday 20 December 2017
5:30 – 8:00 P.M.
Interactive Presentation from 6:00-7:15 P.M.
Lead, Solve, Sell is a sales team’s day-to-day operating model that’s designed, delivered, and destined to radically change how sales professionals think of (1) themselves, (2) their sales prospects, and (3) their new and repeat customers.
Selling is about Leading Others to Choose for Themselves Favorable Win-Win-Plus Outcomes
Sales leaders are leaders who sell, not sales people who lead. The distinction is significant to fully grasp the mission-critical importance of psychodynamics of sales leadership; i.e., the relationship between a leader’s conscious motivation to sell, and unconscious motivation to sell. It appears some sales people subconsciously aim to fail while selling.
Fear of success and fear of failure are addressed head-on. Sales professionals can be their own worst enemies with procrastination, approach avoidance, and prevarication (i.e., misrepresentation or outright lying to oneself or others).
Beyond specific why-to and how-to lessons from Lead, Solve, Sell, participants learn methods for deeper self-reflection to develop broader self-awareness, ultimately to result in sustainable self-optimization (i.e., capitalizing on an intentionally metacognitive mindset to produce sales revenue, customer-delight, and other defensible ROI results).
Please mark on your calendars the third Wednesday of every month. In this FREE (no fee) series, Conversation at ENCLAVE O'Hare, we explore the thinking behind the thinking of mission-critical topics for an entrepreneur's success. Thinking about how we think about our thoughts is called metacognition.
