ABOUT THE ROLE: 

4C is looking for a strategically-focused ABM manager to work in close alignment with our sales and marketing teams to foster deeper partnerships with our most valued clients and prospects. As both a project manager and a practitioner, this role will manage and execute B2B ABM programs including the development of research and solution proposals that are custom-fit for key accounts. The right candidate will have a background in the advertising industry (as we sell to marketers) in either previous sales, marketing, or account roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand what challenges specific accounts face as a business and discover how and by whom decisions are made in those organizations
  • Evangelize the benefits ABM within the company and drive the adoption of the approach via processes and templates
  • Work closely with our marketing team to plan content, social, and advertising campaigns that support the GTM plan for account-based marketing (ABM) prospects
  • Plan and execute the company’s strategy regarding ABM-tech purchases including data expansion, account management, account-based advertising, and measurement vendors
  • Deploy ready-to-go sales and enablement collateral
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals
  • Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts
  • Analyze metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities and integrated cloud innovative content consumption

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in the advertising industry – especially in sales, marketing or account roles – with a strong point-of-view of technology’s role in marketing programs
  • Experience building and carrying out B2B account-based marketing programs
  • Writing and presentation skills to translate detailed content into impactful GTM materials, including web, email, and social content
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve practical results when working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Solid project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail
