Position Overview

Paro is seeking a self-starting professional to serve as the analytical horsepower behind our sales organization. This individual will also be directly responsibility for maintenance and optimization of Paro’s entire sales engine: Sales processes, analytics, CRM, etc.

An open environment, constant feedback cycle, and flat hierarchy lead to an exceptionally collaborative culture. The Sales Operations Analyst will report directly Paro’s Director of Growth and collaborate with a team of experienced Sales, Operations and Marketing stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • Have 2-4 years of experience, with at least 2 in an analyst role
  • Intermediate technical knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • Sincere interest in sales, account management and a desire to understand how current performance can be optimized to drive growth
  • Knack for driving process efficiency
  • Are self-motivated with an entrepreneurial ambition to get the job done
  • Deploy a rigorous, analytical thought process to solve business problems
  • Have an aspiration to learn, grow and succeed in sales
  • Think fast, hustle hard, and laugh a lot

You work hard, but also enjoy a good mid-day laugh, group coffee outing, or attempting a cross-office basketball shot (no prior basketball skills required). What You’ll Do

  • Build reporting to track KPI trends on an ongoing basis, and drive high-visibility reporting to Board of Directors, investors, and senior Paro leadership
  • Lead requirements gathering/documentation for Salesforce implementation in early 2018
  • Ultimately own Salesforce operations and ongoing enhancements
  • Serve as the reporting guru for our entire sales function, quantifying KPIs such as performance by sales rep, economics by lead channel, annualized growth by service line, etc.
  • Provide regular and proactive data analysis insights, along with recommendations on how to resolve pain points or improve operations
  • Where applicable, execute on approved recommendations
  • Manage future telephony system

Nice to Haves

  • Background in financial services or consulting a big plus; previous experience as an analyst in a high-growth sales environment is even better
  • Desire to grow into leadership role, within Sales or shifting to a different function
