About the role: 

The Account Manager, GoPartner Solutions (GPS) creates, cultivates, and manages collaborative relationships with our downline partners; works with internal GoHealth departments to enable success of the GPS offerings; and manages overall GoHealth downline relationship and communications. This individual will meet regularly with GPS partners and GoHealth team members to ensure alignment and a clear understanding of partner offerings and serves as the centralized point of contact for GoHealth Shared Services.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as formal point of contact for day-to-day GPS partner leadership.
  • Manage cadence of partner touch points (incl. recurring operational meetings, functional meeting oversight, and executive steering committees).
  • Serve as centralized partner hub for GoHealth shared services, including tracking and alignment to partner operational KPIs.
  • Main point of partner and Medicare industry specific knowledge, including business counterparts, meeting cadences, historical partnership specifics, and other relevant tactical information.
  • Develop strong understanding of partners’ strategies and positioning in the market, including how our role as a partner impacts.
  • Tracking and understanding to ensure Shared Service “table stakes” activities are completed in timely manner to continue to run the business (licensing, appointments, routine contracting, audits, etc.).
  • Collaborate with owners across the business as key internal point of view for partner perspective and needs.

What we're Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in relevant healthcare-specific field, including strategic health partner relations or health plan operations
  • Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated interest and understanding of the broader healthcare industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Experience with Python, SQL (or similar)

Pay Range: $74,000 – 85,000

The salary range for this position reflects an expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to): location, relevant experience/level and skillset, education and training, internal equity as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. 

Location: Hybrid (3 days Onsite in our downtown Chicago office)
