🎯 Roles & Responsibilities- U.S. Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and file federal and state corporate income tax returns, sales/use tax, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with all U.S. federal and state tax regulations and deadlines.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.
- Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close accounting activities.
- Support audit preparation and coordination with external auditors.
- Support intercompany accounting and transfer pricing documentation.
- Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for tax and financial reporting purposes.
- Review and verify expense to confirm compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
- Improve continuously business processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
🌟 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of U.S. accounting experience, with hands-on exposure to federal and state tax.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean.
- Proficiency in ERP and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
🏅 Preferred Experiences (Good to Have)
- CPA certification
- Experience in working at/with multinational companies with U.S. subsidiaries
- Exposure to intercompany transactions, specifically transfer pricing and tax treaties.
