What You'll Do
As part of our accounting team, you'll play a key role in high-impact work.
- Become a leading financial expert for the company on topics ranging from transportation costs to R&D investment
- Have end to end ownership of month-end close assignments from recording to reporting
- Contribute to financial planning, forecasting and performance tracking
- Create clear, actionable reports that inform decision-making
- Help shape the future of finance in a modernizing industrial supply business
Who You Are
A bachelor's degree is required for this role.
We are seeking bright, curious, and ambitious individuals eager to make an impact. Ideal candidates have:
- CPA license (or progress toward completion)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in industry or public accounting
- Strong accounting fundamentals and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills--able to clearly explain complex or ambiguous data
- Experience with SQL (preferred)
Cash Compensation
- Total cash compensation is generally around $143,000 to $155,000 and includes profit sharing based on company profitability.
