Job Description
Role
This role focuses on data analysis and report building that delivers supply chain business results. Focus will be on identifying opportunities for process improvement and reducing our risk for supply chain losses through root cause analysis. This role must be able to not only run reports, but will also be responsible for analysis and leading cross functional teams to drive action that reduces our losses.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Ownership of all supply chain loss reporting including creating and distributing reports to accurately reflect any upcoming risk for Supply Chain Losses
  • Create visibility to the organization on areas of opportunities around supply chain losses (Examples: Liquidation cut data, Item level time at risk, Donation performance insight and opportunities)
  • Manage and support projects to drive productivity improvements throughout the Supply Chain Losses function. Present out on progress/results to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Track KPIs and root cause analysis on SCL drivers, identifying any gaps and working cross functionally to solve them.
  • Identify opportunities for automation within Supply Chain Losses to help bring better visibility to senior leadership.
  • Automation of reports into Tableau / working with digital teams on building reports in PowerBI
  • Prepare standardized and ad hoc reports to support business analysis


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in related field
  • Microsoft Excel Expert required
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Prior Tableau & PowerBI Experience preferred
  • Efficiency and knowledge of other MS Office applications required
  • Effectively work in teams and work cross-functionally across multiple business partners
  • Continuous growth mindset
  • SAP or OMP experience is a plus
