Position Overview We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in the capacity of an Application Analyst/ETL Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for data migration projects, developing, designing, and implementing ETL workflows, data extract projects, and custom reports to support the implementation of our solutions.


Essential Responsibilities

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data integration and exchange requirements across systems and products.

· Design and develop ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our solutions.

· Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet customer requirements.

· Work with Implementation Consultants to analyze customer data requirements and design data structures and workflows that meet those requirements.

· Participate in project planning and development meetings to provide data integration solutions and recommendations.

· Assists with analyzing external information systems in terms of database structure and data import/export capability in order to provide data conversion program specifications and external system interface plans.

· Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL workflows and data extract projects.

· Provide technical assistance and support to customers during the implementation of our solutions.


Qualification

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in developing ETL workflows and management of databases.

· Experience working with ETL tools like Talend.

· Hands-on experience with SQL and database management.

· Experience working with Reporting or Business Intelligence tools.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of T2’s software products, services, and processes (current and new) is required which can be obtained through training, practice, reading, and dedication to gain such knowledge.

· Advanced knowledge of various software products including: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.

· Knowledge of relational databases.

· Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL.

· Basic knowledge of Crystal Reports is preferred.

· Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

· Ability to work in a remote environment with little to no supervision.

· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.

· Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed.

· Ability to work effectively independently.
