We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide expert-level support for our NetSuite and Salesforce applications. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing system integrations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in NetSuite and Salesforce, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvements. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provide expert-level technical support for NetSuite and Salesforce applications, ensuring smooth operation and integration. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite, Salesforce, and their integration with other systems. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize support workflows. 
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand their issues, provide solutions, and ensure timely resolution. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including help desk and systems engineers, to address application and integration challenges. 
  • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation for application support and troubleshooting procedures. 
  • Provide training to new users and assist in cross-training team members to ensure continuous coverage and skill development.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting NetSuite and Salesforce applications or certifications/training in NetSuite with a solid foundation in general software application support. 
  • Strong expertise in NetSuite and Salesforce applications, including their integration with other business systems. 
  • Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues. 
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies is highly desirable. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. 
  • A solid understanding of technology concepts, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
