What You'll Do:
As an Associate Principal on OCC's Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, you will apply your excellent organization, problem-solving, influence and communication skills to help enable change management execution across the organization. This role will be responsible for capturing best practices and implementing change management activities, while ensuring overall project timelines are met. This leader will partner with senior OCM leadership to create a framework to define and track OCM benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

  • Responsible for applying structured methodology and leading change management activities
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Complete change management assessments and identifying resistance points.
  • Partner with Project/Program managers to document current state, future state and gap analysis which would determine impacts to people.
  • Customize and implement OCM deliverables: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan
  • Coach managers and supervisors on how to leverage OCM tools and resources
  • Oversee integration of change management activities into project plans
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director, Organizational Development and Change Management

Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge of organizational assessment and change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Experience working on cross-functional initiatives with exposure to digital transformation, business transformation, and integration projects a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, process and detail orientation
  • Proven ability to contribute consistently and positively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly regulated environment
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methods and practices


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau preferred


Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Change Management, business or equivalent experience
  • [Preferred] 7+ years of relevant change management experience


Certificates or Licenses:
