What We Do

Through our mobile games and medical simulation technology, our team of elite game developers and expert medical professionals harness the breathtaking realism and learning theory behind interactive entertainment to accelerate the adoption of new skills and treatments in medicine.

We are the creators of the first cloud gaming platform for healthcare. Our games are played by hundreds of thousands of medical professionals and our solutions empower the top global healthcare companies, societies, and organizations like NASA.

We come to work every day to build games in service of doctors, medical professionals, and healthcare.
We are the game developers who created some of the world's most popular AAA and mobile games, played
by hundreds of millions of people. We are the physicians who publish in JAMA and who care for you
in clinic.

We envision a world where play takes its rightful place as a fundamental modality of learning in medicine.
Where carefully crafted game mechanics let medical professionals and patients develop the complex mental
models they need to hone their skills.

That’s why we’re here. We won’t sit idly by while our doctors are expected to learn high-end medical technology and breakthrough therapeutics with a PDF or PowerPoint deck.

We take this mission seriously. We take game design very seriously. But we don’t take ourselves too
seriously. You also won’t find buzzwords here. You won’t hear us talk about how we’re innovating, disrupting,
or transforming. You’ll just find diversity of thought, experiences, and people. Curiosity and boldness. You’ll
just see us hard at work doing something no one has done before.

Once play is accepted as a fundamental force for learning in medicine. Once all medical professionals
everywhere can learn through play — anywhere, anytime, without putting human life at risk. That’s when
we’ll know our aspirations have become reality. Because when we play to learn, we learn with joy.

Why Work With Us

At Level Ex, work is fulfilling and creative. But we offer something much more: an opportunity to apply your talent to a greater purpose by creating a new game genre that benefits society. You can positively impact medicine and grow in unprecedented ways, as what we are doing has never been done before—conceptually, creatively & technologically.
