That’s just what we did . . . years before Aaron said it.
Launched in 1999, ShowingTime has ultimately automated the scheduling and management of real estate showings across the country, and brought about a new way for agents to share local market data. We're looking for a Business Analyst to help us respond to growing market demand for our products. In this role you will be responsible for understanding the needs of our clients and identifying current and future-state product solutions that meet those objectives. Specifically, you will:
- Analyze complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
- Determine specific software requirements to address complex business needs.
- Review project scope, creating project/tasks in Jira, document progress and issues in JIRA
- Review functional and technical design documents and perform high level assessment from control perspective and identify obvious red flags
- Work with the product manager and other team members with remediation projects as assigned
- Participate in client meetings, capture notes and document process flow as discussed
