Business Intelligence Analyst

Launched in 1999, ShowingTime has ultimately automated the scheduling and management of real estate showings across the country, and brought about a new way for agents to share local market data. We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help us scale and reform our data systems and infrastructure. In this role you will be responsible for learning systems needs of internal clients and support them through analysis and data manipulation. You will work with a team of analysts consolidating analytic systems across the company.
This requires:
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
• Sincere respect, if not love, for mathematics and statistics
• Demonstrated ability to work with data. Should be proficient in eitherTableau, Excel, python, R or any other tool to manipulate data.
• SQL knowledge is strongly preferred
• Ability to think algorithmically is a requirement. Familiarity with some programming language is preferred.
• Confidence and caution when working with banged-up data sets from many different sources. Be able to debug data problems, provide creative interpretations and insightful conclusions.
• Working knowledge of any of the following tools and technologies is a plus: Oracle, Sql Server, MS Analysis Services, SSIS/SSRS, OLAP cubes, Google Analytics, Salesforce, accounting systems.
