Chief of Staff at a glance
Reporting to the Head of GBS, NA the Chief of Staff will play an integral role in ensuring the successful execution of key projects and strategic initiatives. This highly visible impactful role demands strong problem-solving and organizational skills, exceptional communication, and a keen ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
What's on the menu?
• Strategic Alignment:
- Work closely with regional leadership, GBS vertical leads, GBS team members, Finance, PMO, change management, and communication teams to plan and execute initiatives to influence people engagement and business objectives.
• Execution:
- Combine diligent planning & organization, analytical rigor, an obsessive focus on outcomes, and an empathetic yet direct interpersonal style to drive initiatives for the teams.
- Providing hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.
• Analysis and Reporting:
- Leverage your analytical acumen to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that steer decision-making. Develop detailed reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the leadership team.
- Provide objective business judgment in the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with WHQ, Corporate Functions and other Zone leadership to translate best practices.
• Demonstrates flexibility in managing change of assignments, focus, priorities, and needs.

• I have experience in consulting, business management, or program management, with a proven track record of managing and executing complex projects.
• I have experience working directly for senior executives.
• I have strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear, actionable insights.
• I have excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling, high-quality presentations for senior leadership.
• I have a strong orientation towards outcomes, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• I can pivot on the fly. NA GBS is constantly evolving, so our priorities do, too. What you worked on last month may not be what you work on today, and that excites you.
• I have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
